Need more proof that we are the best place to go for computer repair or
service? Just see some unedited examples of what our past customers
had to say!
My hard drive crashed and I thought my old family pictures were lost
for good. I had spent hours scanning them into folders and was truly
distressed to think I would have to start over. I can't thank you enough
for restoring them. I am happily recommending your fast, efficient and
reasonable services to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!

While I was spending nearly 2 hours on a chat line with my computer
manufacturer's customer service representative trying to determine what
was wrong with my computer and how to fix it, I looked up some local
repair services to see if I could get some help locally. I emailed
LittleDogTech during the chat call and gave a brief description of my
problem. I had a reply email that same day. My computer manufacturer
said it would cost $400 plus $30 shipping and take 10 days to 2 weeks to
make my repair. LittleDogTech said it could be one of two problems and
he would like to look at it. He picked my computer up at my house the
next morning. He called that evening with a quote and I authorized the
repair. Two days later he delivered fully functioning computer back to me
for $187. I paid less than half what I would have had to pay the
manufacturer and it was all done with no hassle at all. I even got a couple
of good dog training tips as a bonus! I was 100% satisfied and will use
LittleDogTech as my first choice in the future.

I am a FEMA reservist from Florida who was recently deployed to Iowa to
assist with the flood recovery. I always bring my laptop with me for
personal use after hours. I arrived Sun. and checked into my hotel. The
pc worked just fine, then Tues. evening I had a problem. When booting I
could hear the familiar sounds but my screen was blank. Tried rebooting
serveral times but to no avail.
Being from out of town, I didn't know who to turn to. Found Paul's site
doing a google search and sent him an email Wed. I got a prompt
response and he agreed to come over to my unit at 7:30. He arrived
promptly with a diagnostic kit and extra monitor. My unit displayed fine on
his monitor which ruled out the mother board. Then he broke the unit down
to check all the cables, chance one may have come loose in transit. They
were all secure so the problem was my screen was bad, an expensive
item to replace, plus the time involved getting and installing it.
Time is a luxury I don't have with my job as I may be somewhere else
next week.So all I needed to be functional was a working monitor. He had
a used CRT at home and was willing to sell for $15. He went home,
fetched it, and set it up. Hey it's a big bulky dinosaur, but it works fine.
So total cost for the diagnostics, monitor and tax was $67, not bad when
you're in a bind. Was done in couple hours. Amazing !!
The world would be a better place if there were more folks like Paul in it.
Mucho Kudos!!!!

Hi Paul,
I just wanted to let you know the Ipod seems to be working well. I have
been spending lots of time downloading my CDs,creating playlists, and
syncing. You were right, it can become addictive!
I have a couple of questions about moving some songs around, etc. that I
may ask you later.
But for the time being I have lots to keep me busy.
Thanks again for all your help. You gave excellent directions.
You would have made a great teacher!
