suggest the best course of action. This fee will only apply if we
successfully diagnose the problem, and you elect not to fix the
problem. If we cannot diagnose the problem, there is no charge.

Basic Hardware Diagnosis and Replacement
Sometimes things break. Optical disk drives, hard drives, power
supplies; they all fail at some time. If your computer is acting strange,
it could be a hardware problem. A great example is the power supply.
If your computer is randomly turning off or restarting, it could be the
power supply and not a virus like many people would assume.

responsiveness, all of these things can be the result of a virus. When
that occurs, call Little.Dog.Tech.
